Enjoy from our terrace or our lounge of typical dishes of Malagueña cuisine like our spectacular fried fish, do not miss the classic anchovy of Malaga (Malaga are also known outside the province as “boquerones”). Since 2009, we have started a process of training in cooking that begins to bear fruit in the letter of the Central Cafe and in the menus offered for our first floor (especially for Christmas meals, company meals and celebrations). Thanks to this training we are immersed in a process of change of our menu that is being reflected in dishes such as chicken salad with mahonesa to muscatel, in simple dishes like salmon or as in traditional dishes such as paella. Our menu is oriented, as it could not be otherwise, to our customers therefore always will be present “typical” dishes like the “pescaito fried” or paellas. From our privileged terrace you can enjoy the sunny evenings or the pleasant nights enjoying a good meat and / or with a good red wine from Malaga.
